All products come with a manufacturers 12 month guarantee as a minimum please check product description for guarantee period

Yes we operate a 14 day refund policy if not entirely satisfied, all items must be in original saleable condition

The manufacturers guarantee will cover faulty items, just return to us and choose from a replacement item or refund

Because we are an online retailer, you will find it easier to send your queries via email rather than phone. We feel confident that we can answer all questions via email. But if you would rather call then please do.

We have lots of new items every week, so it would be very hard to have a catalogue as it would always be being updated, we can happily send you updates by newsletter.

We try to publish as much useful information as we can about all our products, this is to help you buy the right product for you.If you have any other questions, please contact us quoting the product code

 

A product is showing as out of stock, will you be selling it again

We know how frustrating it is to not be able to get hold of an item once you've decided you want it; an item can disappear from stock very quickly. We can get new stock of the item but if you can’t wait for them to come into stock we do add new items every week, so you may find something similar to the one you were looking for

 

 How do I pay for my order

We like to give you plenty of payment options, so you can use any of the cards listed below. We also take security very seriously, so your details will be safe with us. These methods are through

When Will I be charged

If your card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.

If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken and we'll email to let you know why your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorize the payment

They're some of our favorite things! Every so often we'll publish a code word, such as 'DISCOUNT', that will give you money off on certain collections, or even percentage off your whole order.

 

How do I use my code

I forgot to use my discount code

Unfortunately, if you didn't enter your discount code at the checkout, we are sorry but we can't apply it to that order or amend your payment later on.

 

How do discount codes affect my right to return an order

If a discount code was applied to your original order, your refund amount will be adjusted to reflect this. Unfortunately, we can't reissue a discount code, even if your original order is returned to us.

 

 

Has my order been shipped

As soon as your order has been sent out, we'll email to let you know.

If you don't receive your order within the specified delivery time, please contact us and we will look into it, and get back to you.

 

Can I change my order

Once your order has been confirmed, it is not currently possible for you to change it prior to dispatch. You can return the item for a full refund.
