In order to maintain competitive rates, we utilise a ONE man delivery service. This means that for bulky, or heavy furniture, you will need to organise some form of assistance at the point of delivery. Due to the terms of insurance, the driver is not allowed to deliver items single-handedly up flights of stairs. However, if assistance is provided by the yourselves the driver will often help to move item(s) up a flights of stairs, but please note that the items are not insured if damaged.
A re-delivery charge will apply if we arrive at a destination with a flight of stairs or awkward access and you are unable to assist the delivery, or have not made alternative arrangements to assist the driver.
It is illegal for our drivers to stop on a red-route, please ensure that alternative arrangements have been made prior to delivery.
Due to the nature of the delivery companies insurance the delivery service offered is 'to the threshold', once past the threshold i.e assisting you with the delivery the item becomes the responsibility of the purchaser
Please ensure to inspect the delivery prior to signing, as signing confirms satisfactory acceptance of the delivery

All the above postcodes carry a surcharge for delivery this is calculated by number of items to be delivered and which area the item(s) are to be delivered to.
We guarantee our surcharge rates will not exceed £30.00 in total regardless of area or number of items being delivered. Where ever possible we will waive the surcharges but this cannot be guaranteed.
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as is physically possible, at time of order we will advise the lead time for delivery alternativley you can email us prior to placing your order and we will be able to give you a guide to the turnaround of your order. When ordering multiple items the longest lead time will denote the turnaround of your order.
2-3 days prior to your delivery we will contact you to confirm that the delivery is convenient and no changes have occured, 1 hour before your delivery the driver will give you a courtesy call that they are on the way.
