Having worked in high street retail all my life and witnessing first hand the lack of customer service and quality goods I decided it was time to go it alone and form my own company Totally Amazzed ltd,
this gave me total control over how customers are treated, the type of products I wanted to sell and to be my own boss
I have had a huge amount of help from my family and friends to get the company set up and can now concentrate on giving you the customer what I do best , Excellent customer service.
Its important to remember that behind every business there is a consumer, I buy as well, this means I know what makes a great shopping experience and will guarantee you to abide by the Totally Amazzed Ltd code of service
